Four masalas, cuman, cinnamon, cardamom, chilli, coriander, mint, and black pepper, are the main ingredients in Afghan cuisine. There is a lot of emphasis on the value of vegetables like onions, tomatoes, and yoghurt. Kabuli Pallow, Ashaak and Mantu Dumplings, as well as the freshly baked Naan bread, are among of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. The ethnic and geographic variety of Afghans is reflected in the food.
